   My name is Coach George.  This is 10th year teaching.  This is my third year at McCowan Middle School.

    I love teaching math and I especially love teaching the children in DeSoto ISD .  I taught at Dade Middle School in Dallas for 6 years and 1 year at HS Thompson Elementary all math.

    I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.  My wife Adrian George is a school teacher as well and I have two daughter s age’s six and three and one son age seven.

    I graduated “The University of Oklahoma” in Norman with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.  Later I attended Walden University and earned my master's degree in Mathematics.  I have taught grades 3-9 in my teaching career.  I’m also a graduate from “The Dallas Carter High School”.

    I look forward to many more years of teaching the brilliant students at McCowan Middle School.
